The Resilience EP is a collection of songs which focus on the initial response to experiencing sexual violence. This EP is autobiographical, and it is the first portion of a concept record that explores the emotional aftermath of sexual assault. The songs explore feelings of loss, navigating social isolation, burnout, processing trauma and feeling safe in public. The music itself is highly emotional and raw, the recordings are intimate, and the lyrics are poignant and at times heartbreaking. May this record evoke a response from you, the listener, that leaves a lasting impression.
